SPECIFICATIONS

Stirling and Son build clinker rowing dinghies at a cost of £425 per foot (excluding VAT).

Dinghies are built of Mahogany and Oak, copper and bronze fastened throughout. Included in this price are a pair of leathered sweeps, a choice between thole pins or rowlocks, a ring-bolt through stem and stern post (for lifting) and sole boards. The standard finish is a gloss-painted or varnished exterior hull and an oiled interior. The sole boards are also oiled, while the sweeps are bright varnished.
